**Pick-Up Policy**

A 15-minute grace period is provided after your scheduled pick-up time. If you're unable to arrive within that time, you will be contacted to reschedule.

**Pick-Up/Delivery Availability**

Monday–Friday: 5 pm – 8 pm

Saturday–Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm

Note: Your pick-up/delivery time is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from me.

**Last-Minute/Emergent Orders**

*********Last minute orders can only be made on Friday or Saturday******

For last-minute orders, please contact me directly at contact@moscomfortkitchen.com. An additional fee of $15–$25 will apply based on the order size.

**Turnaround Time**

Each order is baked fresh, so a minimum of 3 days' notice is required. If you need an order in less than 3 days, please refer to the last-minute order policy above.

**Refund/Cancellation Policy**

Cancellations must be made at least 24 h8thours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a partial refund. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation costs
